- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. No credit card is required. You can try any plan for 30 days and switch before the trial ends.
- Can you give me a demo?
- Yes. Get in touch via the chat and we will happily schedule a tour and intro of eDoula.biz for you.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade and downgrade between Starter and Pro plans at anytime without losing any data. If you are an Agent as part of an Agency, you can upgrade to Starter or Pro and add your own clients, separate from the Agency.
You can change from a monthly to annual billing cycle and vice-versa at anytime too.
If you downgrade plans or go from Annual to Monthly, your account is credited with the funds using a daily prorated calculation.

- Can I pause my subscription?
- We know life happens and you may need a break. Get in touch and we will happily pause your subscription for 6 or 12 months, until you are ready to resume Your data will be kept safe.
- What happens to my data if I unsubscribe?
- All your data can be exported to spreadsheets that you can download and open using Excel, Numbers, OpenOffice Calc, Google Spreadsheet or any other spreadsheet software. The data is kept 'on ice' on our secure servers for as long as you like in case you wish to re-subscribe. You can also choose to delete all your data from our servers.
- Is my data secure?
- We use industry standard encryption for your data at rest and during transmission. We have daily data backups. You have control over who sees your client data (per client) using the share and agency team functionality.
- Is eDoula.biz HIPAA compliant?
- We are not in the position to sign Business Associate Agreements (BAA) at this time but are working towards being able to offer a fully HIPAA compliant platform. We rebuilt the platform in 2021 from scratch in order to use HIPAA compliant technology. Stay tuned!
